The Epictact orthosis performs a triple action on the foot:

corrective action

a protective action

a holding action

It consists of a corrective EpitheliumFlex silicone tendon and a counter-support pad. The combination of the two elements allows to put in the axis the big toe. This reduces pronation and improves the propulsion of the foot.

This same tendon will protect the exostosis, more commonly known as "onion", friction and pressure. The risks of overheating are thus reduced.

The strap of contention completes the device. Positioned on the metatarsal, the bracelet limits crushing and widening of the foot.

The orthosis allows for better support during the practice of the sport which reduces the risk of injury and optimizes athletic performance.
